i don’t know that i will be making much that fits into a skittish bloom for a while. i feel good about this though as i am working on the focus needed to finish larger scale projects. thanks for your support and interest in a skittish bloom..

bootonnière
this months “loves” design challenge at threadless is about shoes. toms is sponsoring the challenge and if you don’t know about toms shoes they are worth looking into because they’re pretty rad (http://www.tomsshoes.com/default.asp).
anyway this is what threadless gives you…

o deer!
apologies for the lack of updates. i have been busy! i took the illustrator plunge last week… i’m into it. here is a deer i drew as a submission to threadless. i made this with the pencil tool and blob brush! i actually really like the idea that i can use the pencil tool to sketch and then rework those lines and change the stroke endlessly. anyway, i’ll get some sketchbook scans up here soon…
